How it starts
- A free 30-minute callYou tell us what you’re working on. We ask a lot of questions.
- A closer lookIf it’s a fit, a follow-up call to understand your product, your users and your constraints.
- A proposal or a Health CheckA written proposal with scope, approach, what can wait, timeline and price, usually within a few days. For an existing product, sometimes a one-week Codebase Health Check comes first.
- We startOften within a week or two of saying yes.
Three ways to work
Codebase Health Check
One week and a fixed fee, ending in a written fix plan. The fee is credited in full against follow-up work booked within 30 days.
Fixed bid
For a well-defined project. We agree the scope, timeline and price up front. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing before doing the work.
Time and materials
For ongoing work, or projects where the scope will change as you learn. You pay for the time spent, invoiced monthly, and can scale up or down with two weeks’ notice.
Prices
We don’t publish prices, because they depend on what you need. You’ll get a clear quote after the first call, in USD, or in INR for clients in India.
