A fixed-fee review of your product’s code and infrastructure. It ends in a written plan of what to fix first, and how long each fix will take.

What you get
- A written report. Each finding says where it is, why it matters, how to fix it, and the effort involved. Each is marked Fix now, Fix this month or Healthy.
- The things to fix first. If you do nothing else, do these.
- A readout call to walk through the findings and answer questions.
- Your call on what’s next. Fix it yourselves with the plan, or have us do it.
How the week runs

What we need from you
- Read-only access to the code.
- A look at how it runs in production: read-only access, or a walkthrough.
- An hour with whoever knows the system best.
Access is read-only throughout, and removed when we’re done. We’re happy to sign an NDA first.
The fee
A fixed fee, quoted on the first call. If you book follow-up work with us within 30 days, the fee is credited in full against it.
